2. Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Diese Website wird bei Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaka, Zypern, gehostet und über deren Content Delivery Network ausgeliefert. Beim Aufruf der Website werden automatisch Daten verarbeitet, die Ihr Browser übermittelt: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, aufgerufene Seite, Referrer-URL, Browsertyp und Betriebssystem. Diese Daten sind für die sichere und stabile Bereitstellung der Website erforderlich (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) und werden nach kurzer Zeit gelöscht. Mit dem Hoster besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung (Art. 28 DSGVO).

5. Kontaktformular und Angebotsanfrage
Wenn Sie uns über ein Formular kontaktieren oder ein Angebot anfordern, verarbeiten wir die von Ihnen eingegebenen Daten (Name, Firma, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer, Land, Menge, Nachricht sowie das angefragte Produkt), um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten und ein Angebot zu erstellen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahmen) bzw. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung von Anfragen). Die Anfrage wird per E-Mail an uns übermittelt. Zum Schutz vor Spam enthält das Formular ein verstecktes Prüffeld und eine Zeitmessung; dabei werden keine weiteren personenbezogenen Daten erhoben. Wir löschen Ihre Daten, sobald sie für die Bearbeitung nicht mehr erforderlich sind und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.
6. Übermittlung in Drittländer
Unser Unternehmen hat seinen Sitz in der Volksrepublik China. Ihre Anfragen werden daher von uns in China bearbeitet. Für China liegt kein Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission vor. Die Übermittlung erfolgt auf Grundlage von Art. 49 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, da sie zur Durchführung vorvertraglicher Maßnahmen auf Ihre Anfrage hin erforderlich ist. Dabei besteht das Risiko, dass Behörden auf die Daten zugreifen und Ihnen nicht die gleichen Rechtsbehelfe zur Verfügung stehen wie in der EU.
7. WhatsApp und Google Maps
Auf unserer Website befinden sich Links zu WhatsApp. Erst wenn Sie einen solchen Link anklicken, wird eine Verbindung zu WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Irland, ein Unternehmen von Meta) hergestellt. Für die Kommunikation über WhatsApp gelten die Datenschutzbestimmungen von WhatsApp. Die Nutzung ist freiwillig; Sie können uns auch per E-Mail oder Telefon erreichen.

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, and delivered through its content delivery network. When you visit the website, data sent by your browser is processed automatically: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the data is deleted after a short period. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the host.
3. Cookies
We do not use analytics, tracking or marketing cookies. Technically necessary cookies are only set where required for a function you actively use (e.g. language selection or the shop system’s cart). Legal basis: § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Fonts
All fonts on this website are loaded locally from our own server. No connection to Google or other third-party servers is made.
5. Contact form and quote requests
If you contact us via a form or request a quote, we process the data you enter (name, company, email address, phone number, country, quantity, message and the product concerned) to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The enquiry is sent to us by email. To prevent spam, the forms contain a hidden check field and a time measurement; no additional personal data is collected for this. We delete your data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Transfers to third countries
Our company is based in the People’s Republic of China, so your enquiries are handled by us in China. There is no EU adequacy decision for China. The transfer is based on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR, as it is necessary for pre-contractual measures taken at your request. There is a risk that authorities may access the data and that you may not have the same legal remedies as in the EU.
7. WhatsApp and Google Maps
Our website contains links to WhatsApp. A connection to WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, a Meta company) is only made when you click such a link. WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies to communication via WhatsApp. Using it is optional; you can also reach us by email or phone.
On our Contact page you can display a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The map is only loaded when you click “Load map”; only then is a connection to Google made and your IP address sent to Google, possibly also to the USA.
